Surfing the Pipeline is an invigorating experience, but you’ll have to wait in line to ride some of the incredibly huge waves that break on these shores. And if the surf’s up, beware! The Pipeline at full strength is unforgiving, even for the pros.

For the ultimate adrenaline rush there is nothing quite like jumping out of a plane for a sky dive.
A typical jump involves jumping out of an airplane (but sometimes a helicopter or even the gondola of a balloon), from about 4000 metres (around 13,000 feet) altitude, and free-falling for 30 seconds to 1 minute before activating the parachute and floating back down to earth.
